At RolandLab, we want to provide the highest quality of training for our clients. Our passion is to make training fun, exciting, functional and practical using a freestyle approach. We teach a movement based approach to fitness that isn’t just training, but a lifestyle. We coach every client how to incorporate movement training into their everyday life. Whether at work, home, or ON a trip, we give people the tools to become stronger no matter where you go.

Story


This is Shawn, owner of RolandLab. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and athletic coach. I have traveled all over the US training amateur and professional athletes. I have been involved in health and fitness industry for 20+ years, managing a variety of businesses, from nutrition stores to my most current business being a personal trainer.

My Story


 Eight years ago, I started a new journey. Weighing in at 265 lbs, I was tired all the time. My body ached and I had trouble sleeping. I decided it was time for a change. Encouraged by a friend, who was a trainer and mentor to me, I dramatically changed my life and workout routine. I lost over 70 pounds! I am stronger, faster, and feel more alive than I ever have felt in my life.
